Hydration status is measured via a small urine sample to measure your body's current hydration state and methods to improve your hydration if needed.
FMS = Four basic functional movements are performed to analyse your overall muscle balance to assist in identifying any development areas to improve.
Body composition analysis (skin fold testing*) is one of the best methods available for monitoring individual composition. We test 7 sites that are considered the best method for assessing body composition over time. Body weight measurement alone is a poor indicator for fat reduction and most electrical bio-impedance measurements are effected by hydration status.
