An individual consultation session aimed at educating the client on sensible eating and weightloss practices, assessing their current diet and lifestyle, and offeringsuggestions for long term improvement
To get the best out of this session we ask you to monitor your food intake and activity levels over three days, which should include at least one weekend day (monitoring diary provided or the use of a tracking app).
We then take some basic information, weight, height, gender, age, and diet/ activity history, this is analysed to assist in providing habitual guidance towards long term dietary and fitness goals.
1. Briefly examine client's diet, food choices, portion sizes, and meal frequency to identify harmful patterns and suggest improvements.
2. Help identify nutritional needs, barriers such as emotional eating or stress, and offer strategies to overcome them and achieve nutritional goals.
3. Developing a customised guide for meal planning: Lifestyle dietary requirements objectives, meal planning guide for a typical week, portion size and types of nutrition to focus on.
4. Educate the client on healthy eating practices, mindful eating, and meal planning, to facilitate long-term weight maintenance and healthier decision-making.
